First-year earning potential when goals are met: $200,000+

Competitive commission structure with upside earning potential. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

• Stay informed about market trends and property values in the Dallas-Plano-Irving area to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
• Utilize our proven systems to streamline processes, ensuring efficient and effective client interactions.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and training programs to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in the sports and entertainment real estate sector.

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
• Proven track record of guiding clients through complex transactions with attention to detail and discretion.
• Strong communication skills to confidently interact with demanding clients and build trust naturally.
• Ability to develop a deep understanding of the unique needs and preferences of athletes and entertainers.
• Experience in collaborating with teams to strategize and execute effective marketing plans for luxury properties.
• Proven ability to stay informed about market trends and opportunities to provide clients with the best advice and options.
