Shadow senior administrators to increase testing and document knowledge, and efficiently utilize technology. Qualifications: 1-3 years of retirement plan experience and 2-4 years of client services experience. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software. Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with ability to work under pressure. Anticipated pay range: $60,000-$70,000 annually.
