Acting as the single point of coordination for relocation services, the full-time Remote Relocation Consultant will manage home marketing, sales, and purchases, while providing exceptional service to transferees based on client policies. Key responsibilities Conduct needs assessments and coordinate authorized relocation services for employees Manage home sale programs, including Buyer Value Option (BVO) and Guaranteed Buyout Option (GBO), ensuring compliance with IRS regulations Maintain communication with corporate clients regarding transferee issues, policy administration, and service delivery Required qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent work experience required Minimum of two years of experience in Relocation and/or Real Estate Previous experience with home sales, marketing, inspections, and appraisals strongly preferred Intermediate computer skills in Word and Excel Proven track record of providing superior customer service in relocation experiences
