Supporting the day-to-day operations of the legal and compliance function, the full-time Legal Operations Manager will manage legal workflows, regulatory filings, and contract processes while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day legal and compliance operations, including intake, prioritization, tracking, and documentation Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements and corporate documents under the supervision of counsel Support public-company and securities-law compliance, including SEC filings and corporate communications Required Qualifications Paralegal certificate or JD from an accredited institution 2-5 years of relevant legal, paralegal, compliance, or legal-operations experience in a regulated environment Experience drafting and managing commercial agreements and corporate documents Familiarity with public-company reporting and securities-law compliance Demonstrated interest in blockchain, digital assets, or financial innovation
