This opportunity provides experienced professionals with a way to apply their existing knowledge, leadership experience, and professional network toward building an independent executive recruitment business within FPC National's established network.

Requirements:

• Have achieved Director-level or above in a corporate role
• Proven success in a specific niche
• Interest in self-employment and a desire to make a “real” life change
• Meet the financial qualifications necessary to invest in and establish their own business
• Burning desire to make an impact on people’s lives and to help companies go from “good to great”
